General dentistry
The everyday dentistry, done properly.
Bi-annual check-ups, cleanings, fillings, implants and family dentistry for every age, at one office on 10th Avenue South.
Chapter 01
Check-ups twice a year
The routine bi-annual check-up is the appointment that keeps everything else small. Digital x-rays and an intra-oral video camera mean you can see what the dentist is describing on a screen rather than taking it on trust, and problems get named while they are still cheap to fix.
Cleanings are done by one of the three Registered Dental Hygienists here. They are thorough about the prophylaxis itself, and equally thorough about the education and instruction that follows it, because what you do at home between visits decides how the next one goes.

Fillings, crowns and implants
Restorative work covers fillings, crown and filling replacement, and dental implants. Impressions for this kind of work are taken with a digital impression scanner rather than a tray of material, which is the single change most patients notice first.
Dr. Weymouth completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency after dental school, which covered oral surgery, endodontics and periodontics. That breadth is why a good deal of work that would otherwise mean a referral is handled in this office.
Chapter 03
Every age, same office
This is a family practice in the literal sense. Children and adults are seen here, and the residency training above included pediatric dentistry, so a child's first check-up does not automatically become somebody else's appointment across town.
One family wrote after five years as patients that they had never had an issue and that the staff were consistently polite and pleasant to be around. That is the bar the office aims at for a routine visit.
If you are nervous about it
Nitrous oxide, often called laughing gas, and oral sedation are both available, and this practice treats putting nervous patients at ease as part of the job rather than an afterthought.
A patient of more than a decade wrote that the staff here were the first anywhere to suggest laughing gas for her anxiety, and that it genuinely helped with her fear of the needle. If a previous appointment somewhere else went badly, say so when you call and it gets planned around.
Insurance and paperwork
We accept and file most types of insurance, and we are providers for Delta Dental at the Premier level, for MetLife Insurance, and for the United Concordia Tricare dental program.
Patient charts and insurance filing are electronic. The registration form, medical history form, HIPAA notice and patient agreement can all be downloaded and filled in before you arrive.
